A New Chapter: Our Bird Bird Biscuit Collaboration

It’s been a minute since we last shared an update here, and so much has been happening behind the scenes at The Batch’s Bake. One of our biggest milestones lately has been collaborating with Bird Bird Biscuit, and it’s truly been such a meaningful journey for us.

When we first started The Batch’s Bake, it was just us in the kitchen with a mixer and a shared dream to create cookies that feel like a hug in dessert form. Seeing those same cookies now being enjoyed at one of Austin’s most loved spots feels incredibly full circle. This partnership has pushed us to grow in ways we didn’t expect, from scaling recipes to navigating wholesale and packaging, and it’s been both challenging and deeply rewarding.

This collaboration means more to us than just cookies in a new place. It represents growth, trust, and stepping outside our comfort zone together. Working with a local business we’ve admired for years has reminded us that small beginnings can lead to really special opportunities. Watching new people discover The Batch’s Bake through Bird Bird Biscuit has been such a joy, and every message, tag, and kind word keeps us inspired.

While this partnership is a huge milestone, it’s just the beginning. There are new flavors, pop-ups, and fun ideas in the works, and our goal remains the same. To bake with heart and bring a little joy, one cookie at a time.
